Can it be dangerous to live near a lightning collector? If so why? Can't we use the fore mentioned example of the empire state building as proof that we can at least harness 15 lightning bolts with energy available at 1% of each 1-10 billion joules? If noise is a problem why not just move the houses away and soundproof the buildings near it.
