(6) Training our Rangers on best and to high level of skills, tactics, knowledge, intelligence, and apropriate deter method ! (7) By conducting an efficient framework in collecting / gathering opinions , views , suggestions, advice and decission from every single community on the future of our Rhinos within any given country which will then pave a clear way on how we can safeguard our Rhinos by all means.
