I would really, really like if you could explain 1. Why is double blind placebo studie so highly rated? 2.what is ALWAYS used as placebo? 3. Why is now, in vaccine testing, as placebo instead of real placebo used other vaccines that also by default has some side effects? So basically comparing two things that both have side effects, you will get smaller differences and automatically it will look less bad. I really stay open for explanation.
