A surgical diagnostic specimen from an East African patient presenting with unilateral inguinal lymphadenopathy and leg oedema. The specimen consists of an enlarged, indurated lymph node, which has been hemisected and measures approximately 4.0 x 2.5 x 2.0cm, from a case of filariasis.
