A 1976 autopsy specimen from a 73 year old woman who developed tabesdorsalis in 1952, aortic incompetence in 1957, sero-positive rheumatoid arthritis in 1960, right hemiparesis in 1969 and bronchogenic carcinoma with metastases in 1975 from which she died in July 1976.
