Emily is a conservation biologist who has worked with threatened birds, fish and mammals, but has been more recently captivated by amphibians. Her current PhD research at the University of Western Australia is focused on the conservation of a critically endangered frog species, the white-bellied frog (Geocrinia alba), which is restricted to a tiny area of remaining habitat in the Margaret River Region of Western Australia.
