Question

当进口水果和蔬菜,你know whether they're going to be imported by air freight or sea shipping and is it that broccoli is always done by air and cabbage is always done by sea? Is there a way that you can know how it’s being brought into the country?

Answer

David - Not that I know of.

Chris - That's a very good point.

David - It's pretty good question. If it's very fresh, fresh flowers, that kind of thing, they have to be air freighted. There's no way they can come in the other way. But a lot of vegetables now can be picked green and don't necessarily have to be air freighted.
