A 1975 autopsy specimen from a 50 year old woman with a long history of chronic bronchitis and emphysema. The specimen consists of the right lower lobe showing grey hepatization with a peripheral abscess showing central necrosis.Ã?, Autopsy also showed heavy calcification of the mitral and tricuspid valve.
